KTM has improved the 5-inch TFT display, as well as the underlying menu structure to make it easier for riders to find the options they are looking for. It also allows you to more easily customize the display to show you precisely the information you want to see.
Even more impressive is the expanded control over electronic rider aids. The previous 1290 Super Duke R could be a bit of a handful to control at times, as packed with performance as it is. Enhanced rider aids give you more control over traction control, anti-wheelie control, and other aids to choose exactly how much of a hooligan you want to be. You can leave the aids on so you don't get bucked off the bronco, shut it all off to do wheelies and burnouts, or choose something in between that'll let you engage in some shenanigans with a reasonable safety net.
