Ce qui nous a tapé dans l'oeil, c'est que dans cet appartement entièrement meublé. Et qu'il est livré avec non pas une, mais deux voitures. Et vous imaginez bien que pour aller parader dans Miami, mieux vaut des voitures de luxe que des citadines ou de vulgaires berlines. Justement, le promoteur a pensé à tout avec tout d'abord une Lamborghini Aventador, parfaite pour se faire remarquer en arrivant au restaurant. Mais il y a aussi une voiture pratique, celle avec laquelle on peut aller faire les courses ou partir promener le chien : un Rolls-Royce Cullinan flambant neuf !
À elle deux, les voitures fournies avec l'appartement représente quand même un petit bonus d'environ 600'000 €. Ce qui finalement est tout relatif quand on sait que le Palazzo Del Cielo vous en coûtera quand même 38 millions de dollars, l'équivalent d'un peu plus de 33 millions d'euros.

Cette annonce immobilière est également l'occasion de se pencher sur quelques-unes des prestations de ce penthouse qui a plus de marbre que le Parthénon... Ses stores de fenêtres sont contrôlés électroniquement, et il y a une piscine privée à fond de verre pour vous donner l'impression de nager littéralement dans les nuages. En ce qui concerne les voitures, il semblerait que la firme de Goodwood ne soit pas vraiment rare par là-bas puisque le promoteur de la résidence précise que la propriété abrite la plus grande collection de Rolls-Royce au monde.
